Nordic walking is a technique that is similar to the upper body action of classic cross country ski-ing - it becomes a whole body exercise that can be enjoyed at many levels and burn a whopping 46% more calories than regular walking without poles.

Our Nordic walks are now FREE so come along and join us as we explore many different routes across central & rural Stirling.
